Recruiters will play a vital role in shaping our workforce by sourcing, screening, and onboarding talented OTR drivers and owner operators. Your work will be very much human resource related.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement innovative recruiting strategies to attract qualified OTR drivers and owner operators.
- Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, etc..
- Conduct interviews, assess candidates' qualifications, and facilitate the hiring process.
- Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates and industry networks.
- You will need a strong understanding of OTR driving , and owner operator requirements.
