Web Designer

We are an Australian-based digital marketing company (www.RetainMedia.com.au), and we are looking for a full-time web designer to work Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week.

TASKS INCLUDE:
Design websites from the Home page through to the T&Cs page for clients in dealers and manufacturers of vehicles
Design landing pages for dealers and manufactures
Creating graphics, re-sizing and retouching photos for websites and Google Business Profiles.
Extra work may include creating banners for articles, marketing collaterals, etc.
Creating product prototypes.
Collaborate with members of the Retain team.

SKILLS WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
Proficient in using Adobe Illustrator, Figma, Photoshop and Canva. Video editing skills are an advantage+++.
A perfectionist who prides themself on their attention to detail.
Able to take directions, follow instructions and execute exceptional work.
Possess a portfolio displaying multiple types of web designs across a number of projects.
Someone who is prepared to research best practices and modern design.
Able to analyse user experience to ensure designs are user-friendly by conducting usability testing.
Good communication skills (verbal & written) and can elaborate reasoning why you come up with your idea or output.
Someone who is prepared to collaborate with other members of the Retain team.
Organisation and time management skills.
Willing to learn, share your knowledge and be reliable.
Be proactive and take initiative (always know what's going on).

COMPUTER SET UP REQUIREMENTS:
Fast internet connection
Own computer with a functioning webcam and mic
PAY: Dependant on skillset.
