Job Summary:

The Social Media Creatives Manager is responsible for leading the creation, execution, and management of engaging visual content for all social media platforms. This role requires strong graphic design skills, creativity, and the ability to work closely with the marketing team to ensure cohesive branding across digital channels. They will oversee the production of static graphics, short videos, and other multimedia content that aligns with the company's marketing strategies.



Key Responsibilities:

Creative Content Development: Design and production of visual content (graphics, videos, GIFs, infographics) for all social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter (X), TikTok, and YouTube.

Campaign Strategy: Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and develop social media campaigns that align with the client’s branding and promotional goals.

Scheduling and Planning: Create and maintain a content calendar to ensure timely delivery of assets that align with marketing initiatives and important dates, such as product launches, holidays, and events.

Brand Consistency: Ensure that all creative content is in line with the client’s visual identity, tone, and style guidelines across all platforms.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with copywriters and the brand manager to deliver cohesive campaigns.

Project Management: Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards.

Creative Innovation: Stay updated on the latest social media design trends, tools, and technologies, and incorporate new techniques to enhance the company’s digital presence.

Feedback and Iteration: Be responsive to feedback from internal stakeholders and iterate on designs as needed to achieve the best results.



Required Skills & Qualifications:

Experience: 2+ years of experience in graphic design, creative content management, or social media creative roles.

Technical Skills: Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects), Canva, and other graphic design and video editing tools.

Social Media Expertise: Strong understanding of the unique creative requirements for different social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, etc.).

Creativity & Vision: A creative thinker who can produce engaging and innovative designs that capture the audience’s attention.

Time Management: Ability to manage multiple projects at once and meet tight deadlines without sacrificing quality.

Communication: Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and articulate design ideas and feedback clearly.

Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail to ensure all content is polished and professional.

Leadership: Ability to provide creative direction and suggestions when required.



Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working in the digital marketing industry.

Previous experience managing multiple creative projects.

Familiarity with social media analytics tools and ability to analyse content performance.

Basic knowledge of animation and motion graphics is a plus.
