Customer Sales Representatives - SEO

What we're looking for

Jumper Media is seeking a highly experienced Customer Support Representative with a strong background in Local SEO and Onsite SEO. The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication skills, with a fluent, accent-neutral level of English. As a senior representative, you will manage customer inquiries, provide expert SEO advice, and ensure customer satisfaction at the highest level.

Salary: $1000 to 1200 per month
Schedule: PST hours Monday to Friday
Work type: Full Time Remote

Responsibilities
- Provide top-tier customer support and resolve queries efficiently.
- Assist clients with Local SEO and Onsite SEO strategies.
- Troubleshoot SEO-related issues and provide actionable solutions.
- Maintain excellent communication with customers, ensuring they feel valued and understood.
- Collaborate with internal teams to optimize customer experience.

Qualifications and Skills
- 2 years experience as Customer Service Representative
- Proficiency in SEO strategies and tools
- Experience in customer sales and relationship management
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze data and metrics to drive results
- Proven experience in a customer sales and support role, ideally in SEO or digital marketing
- Flawless English communication skills (both written and verbal), with an accent-neutral proficiency
- Ability to work independently, handle multiple queries, and provide quick, effective solutions
- Experience working with US-based customers/clients in customer support and SEO role
