Customer Service Rep / Email Marketing Manager

Join an award-winning contract garment decorator based in Ohio, USA, specializing in high-end Screenprinting, Embroidery, and Direct-to-Garment services. They have a production capacity of 10,000 garments per shift and a rapid 3-5 day turnaround, making them one of the largest dedicated contract decorators in NE Ohio!

Est. pay: $1200 USD/month

Type: Ind. Contractor, Full time (40 hrs week)

Shift: US business hours morning overlap, PH afternoon to midnight shift

Responsibilities include:
*Customer Service: answer phones and customer emails between +/-8am-12pm EST
*Email Marketing: implement Zoho campaigns email marketing outreach to existing customers
*Order Processing: process incoming apparel orders via email, including detailed data entry into their order management system called TeeCal
*Additional projects and tasks as needed

Skills needed:
*Tech savvy - general software proficiency
*Outgoing and good communication skills
*Experience with Zoho campaigns or other email marketing platforms (Hubspot,etc).
