JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking for a motivated, have good work ethics, and detail-oriented Telemarketer to join our team at the AFLAC Regional Office in Hawaii. This role involves calling potential candidates and scheduling them for interviews with our Regional Sales Coordinator for job opportunities with AFLAC. If you are a people person with strong communication skills, this could be a great fit for you!

Responsibilities:

Conduct phone outreach to prospective candidates to discuss job opportunities at AFLAC.
Schedule interviews between candidates and the Regional Sales Coordinator.
Utilize leads provided by the company, as well as search for additional candidates on LinkedIn and other job boards.
Maintain accurate records of all calls and follow-up actions.
Achieve weekly and monthly call targets.
Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure a smooth interview scheduling process.

Qualifications:

Previous telemarketing, recruitment, or phone sales experience preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated with a positive attitude.
Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
Proficient with LinkedIn, job boards, and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
Comfortable making a high volume of calls each day.
