As a Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in expanding our portfolio by reaching out to landlords, property managers, and investors. You will pitch our co-hosting services, negotiate terms, and onboard new properties into our management system. This is a remote role, ideal for someone who thrives on autonomy and is motivated by commission-based earnings.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and reach out to landlords, property managers, and real estate investors.
• Present our co-hosting services and showcase the benefits of partnering with us.
• Negotiate and close co-hosting deals.
• Build and nurture client relationships for long-term partnerships.
• Meet monthly sales targets and report performance.
• Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth client onboarding.
Requirements:
• Proven experience in sales, real estate, hospitality, or property management.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills (written and verbal).
• Self-starter with a results-driven mindset.

What We Offer:
