Outbound Sales Consultant Needed

At Ezy Pzy Finance we're looking for an experienced sales consultant to join our rapidly expanding team asap, who can call our warm business loan leads, qualify them and help them to get a loan for their business.

You'll be calling warm Australian business owner leads and seeing if they require a loan for their business, as well as qualifying them to make sure they would be a good fit.

After which you'll be guiding them through the process of getting a loan for their business. As well as handling any objections and negotiating with them, all the way to getting funded.

Full training on the above will be provided for the right candidate.

This is a remote job with a very attractive base salary and benefits PLUS commissions on qualified deals settled!

YOU MUST:

-Have proven experience with calling leads, qualifying them and closing them
-Business loan / finance industry experience preferred
-Ability to influence and negotiate with clients
-Ability to handle client objections
-Ability to close deals and hit company KPI's
-Have NO Accent and have Fluent English
-Have C1/C2 Advanced / Mastery of English Minimum
-Have experience with CRMs and data entry
-Be reliable and hardworking
-Have the ability to work at least 45 hours p/w, Mon-Fri
-Be able to do these hours - 6am start and 3pm finish PH time.
-Ability to work with us long-term, minimum 12 months
-Willing to learn and improve
