Virtual Assistant Needed for Website Setup, ABN & Trust Registration, and Branding

Description:
I’m looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented virtual assistant or project manager to help set up a new advisory business. The role involves managing a range of tasks, including:

Website creation for multiple brands using Wix ADI.

Domain registration for the main brand and sub-brands.

Registering the business for an ABN (Australian Business Number).

Assisting with trust setup and ensuring all legal steps are followed.

Coordinating the design and implementation of brand logos and marketing materials.


Skills Required:

Experience with Wix website setup (specifically Wix ADI or similar platforms).

Familiarity with Australian ABN registration and business setup.

Basic understanding of trust registration.

Strong communication skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.

Experience coordinating with graphic designers for logos and branding.


Budget:
Open to proposals; flexible depending on experience and project scope. Fixed-price projects or hourly rate proposals are welcome.
