JOB OVERVIEW

Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist prospective clients, providing them with a friendly and professional welcome.
Answer incoming inquiries via phone, email, or in-person, providing accurate information about services and offerings.
Schedule and coordinate appointments for prospective clients, ensuring a seamless experience.
Maintain an organized and inviting message that reflects the brand image.
Collect and maintain accurate records of prospective client interactions and follow up as necessary.
Collaborate with the team to ensure client needs are met and provide feedback on potential improvements to the client experience.
Assist with marketing efforts by distributing promotional materials and gathering feedback from prospects.
Stay knowledgeable about industry trends and competitor offerings to better serve potential client

Preferred Qualifications:
Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or a related role preferred.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to build rapport with diverse clientele.
Ability to work during the Pacific Time Zone
Proficient in using office software and customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
A positive attitude and a passion for providing outstanding service.
Fluent in English and excellent at communication.
Can speak Spanish
Having a North American accent is a plus.
