Youtube 1-2 min Tutorial Video Producer + Thumbnail Creator

Hi, I am searching for a video and thumbnail creator to produce short (1-2 min) how-to tutorial videos.

The compensation will be $1.2 per video and thumbnail.

1-2 minute tutorials (screen recording 1080p + your OWN voiceover). AI VOICE is not allowed, unless you have a realistic AI VOICE (I will decide that).

Expected output is 5-10 videos per day, 35-70 per week.

SOP is provided for the job.

Trello is required. Also another form of communication (Discord, WhatsApp, Insta, etc.)
