Outbound Sales Representative

About the Role:

We are hiring Outbound Sales Representatives to support one of our newest clients, who provides vital counseling services to the LGBTQ community. Your role will involve performing outbound calls to offer these services to individuals who are seeking mental health and moral support that society often lacks. We need someone who is not only passionate about connecting with others but also empathetic to the unique challenges faced by the LGBTQ community. If you enjoy meaningful conversations and love spending time over the phone, this is the role for you!

Compensation:

Earn between $3 to $7.40 USD per hour
You can earn up to PHP 16,896.40 per week

Requirements:

-40 working hours per week, with five 9-hour shifts that include a 30-minute lunch break and two 15-minute breaks
-Work-from-home setup with your own equipment (desktop/laptop, headset, reliable internet connection, quiet workspace)
-Strong English proficiency (excellent grammar and communication skills)
-Empathy and understanding of the unique needs and challenges of the LGBTQ community
-Passion for helping others and excellent phone communication skills
-At least 2 years of proven outbound sales experience in the BPO industry
-Familiarity with CRMs, Google Spreadsheets, and outbound calling platforms
