Lead Generation and Engagement Manager

Looking for a multi-skilled VA with expertise in Lead Generation experience using Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn.

Your main responsibilities:
- Reaching out to prospective leads on social channels (Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn)
- Welcoming incoming students, onboarding them and answering their questions
- Student group engagement and management
- Content creating and posting on social platforms directly as and when required
- General VA tasks such as uploading podcasts on channels, email management etc

Brownie points if you have a background working with life coaches, and are interested in spirituality or meditations. You should be a self-motivated person who loves working independently and is keen to deliver results.

Work will start with about 15-20 hours per week and gradually scale up as you learn and demonstrate your capabilities.
