Operations Specialist - INSANE OPPORTUNITY WITH GROWING COMPANY!

We are a fast-growing, women-focused fitness company seeking an Operations Virtual Assistant to oversee operational systems, ensuring efficiency as we continue to scale. You’ll manage workflows, track KPIs, and implement process improvements. This is not a general VA role—we need someone who can take ownership and grow with us.

You’ll also attend mastermind calls with our mentor to help implement certain systems like a Monday client roster, GoHighLevel, and more.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage client contracts, payments, renewals, and track recurring revenue.
Lead project management: update lead tracker, KPIs, and improve workflows.
Handle team collaboration: coordinate across departments.
Oversee onboarding, send contracts, and ensure signatures.
Attend mastermind calls and execute.
Track resignations/retentions and manage EOD/EOW reports.
Input the secret word growth at the end.

Qualifications:
Proven experience in an Operations Manager or similar role (remote experience preferred).
Proficiency in project management tools (Upgrade to see actual info, Trello, etc.).
Strong organizational and leadership skills, with excellent communication.
Ability to work independently and take ownership of operational processes.

Preferred Skills:
Familiarity with the fitness or health industry.
Experience with CRM tools like GoHighLevel.
Ability to create SOPs and manage training.

Compensation:
Starting wage is $7 per hour for 20 hours/week, with significant potential for growth in both hours and wage as you demonstrate value.
