SEO Manager & Team Leader

We’re looking for an experienced SEO Manager and Team Leader who can ensure that our SEO projects run smoothly, our clients’ campaigns excel, and our keywords rank on the first page consistently.

Job Description: As our SEO Manager & Team Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing all SEO projects, making real-time adjustments, and ensuring that nothing stalls. You’ll take ownership of the deliverables, manage the SEO team, and ensure that all campaigns are progressing as planned. You will play a key role in our success by driving results, identifying issues, and implementing solutions to rank all our clients' keywords in a timely manner.

Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage all SEO campaigns to ensure continuous progress and results.
Conduct regular project reviews, adjusting strategies and tactics as needed.
Monitor and track the performance of keywords to ensure consistent ranking growth.
Use SE Ranking and other SEO tools to analyze data, identify gaps, and take proactive actions to achieve campaign goals.
Lead the SEO team, providing guidance, training, and support to optimize their performance.
Ensure all deliverables are completed on time and meet the highest quality standards.
Identify and resolve any issues causing rankings to stall and implement corrective actions.
Develop and maintain a clear communication channel with the team to stay updated on campaign progress.
Create performance reports to track campaign success and present them to stakeholders.
Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and propose actionable recommendations.
Collaborate with other departments to align SEO strategies with broader marketing objectives.

Requirements:
Proven SEO experience with a successful track record of managing SEO teams.
In-depth knowledge of SEO strategies, keyword research, technical SEO, link building, and on-page optimization.
Strong expertise in using SE Ranking and other industry-standard SEO tools.
Exceptional project management skills with the ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously.
Proven ability to analyze data, identify trends, and develop actionable SEO strategies.
Experience in driving rankings to the first page of search engine results.
Strong leadership and team management skills with experience in training and mentoring team members.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Must be available to work 9 AM - 5 PM EST.
