Job Responsibilities:
??Conduct outbound cold calls to potential clients
??Prospect for clients via social media,
???Assess and qualify leads based on their needs
??Schedule appointments for potential clients
???Maintain accurate records using our Slack, Trello and HubSpot CRM workboards
??Keep Google and Excel (CSV) sheets updated
???Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals and KPI’S
??Attend mandatory production meetings and training
Ideal Candidates:
??High school diploma or equivalent
??Previous call center experience in outbound sales, appointment setting or telemarketing
???Excellent communication, interpersonal and organization skills
??Reliable with excellent time management skills
???Persuasion and closing abilities
??Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
???Computer literate and tech savvy
???Fluent English, clear and professional
??Works well independently with keen attention to detail
??Proficient in Workflow Boards, Microsoft Office, CRM Software, ChatGPT, Social Media
Technical Requirements:

???Must have reliable Internet Connection
??Must have good quality USB headset with noise cancellation
