Amazon Growth Lab is a fast-growing eCommerce agency, helping businesses thrive on leading online marketplaces. We are looking for a Walmart Account Manager to join our team and take charge of growing our clients’ presence on Walmart’s platform. If you are a data-driven, detail-oriented individual with experience in marketplace management, we’d love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities
1. Develop and implement growth strategies for clients on Walmart Marketplace.
2. Manage and optimize product listings, including titles, descriptions, images, and backend keywords.
3. Monitor sales metrics, product reviews, returns, and other key performance indicators.
4. Provide regular performance reports and insights to clients, identifying areas for improvement and growth.
5. Create and manage Walmart Connect ad campaigns to maximize visibility and sales.
6. Monitor inventory levels to avoid stockouts and optimize restocking plans.
7. Work with Walmart Fulfillment Services (WFS) to streamline fulfillment processes.
8. Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, building strong relationships.
Requirements
1. Experience managing Walmart Marketplace accounts or similar platforms (e.g., Amazon, eBay).
2. Experience with Walmart Connect Ads and other marketplace advertising tools is a plus.
3. Strong understanding of Walmart’s platform, policies, and fulfillment services (WFS).
4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills for client interactions.
5. Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple accounts.
6. Proactive problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
