About Us: We are a rapidly growing real estate investment firm specializing in wholesales, fix & flips, and rental properties. We’re looking for an experienced and dynamic Real Estate Dispositions Cold Caller to join our team. If you’re a motivated self-starter with a passion for sales and a proven track record in real estate, this could be the perfect role for you!

Key Responsibilities:

Contact potential buyers and investors for our property inventory
Build and maintain strong relationships with potential buyers
Negotiate purchase prices and close deals
Accurately document calls and interactions within our CRM system
Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs
Qualifications:

Minimum of 3 years of experience in real estate sales (dispositions experience preferred)
Strong cold-calling experience with a proven ability to close deals
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Familiarity with real estate investment processes, including wholesales, fix & flips, and rental properties
Ability to work independently and stay self-motivated in a fast-paced environment
Proficient with CRM tools and sales systems

Compensation:

Competitive base salary + commission
