Job Overview:
As a BPM Specialist, you will be responsible for analyzing, designing, implementing, and optimizing business processes within BrandFi. You will work closely with various departments to identify areas for improvement and implement automation tools and workflows that enhance productivity and streamline operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze current business processes and identify areas for improvement
• Design and implement optimized workflows to increase efficiency
• Use BPM tools to automate tasks and streamline operations
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand process requirements and goals
• Ensure processes are aligned with business objectives and customer needs
• Continuously monitor, evaluate, and optimize processes for ongoing improvement
• Provide training and support to team members on new workflows and automation tools
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to process workflows

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in business process management and process optimization
• Familiarity with BPM tools (e.g., Camunda, Kissflow, Bizagi, etc.)
• Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for identifying inefficiencies and bottlenecks
• Experience with process automation and workflow management
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
