Customer Support & Facebook Setup Manager

Are you good with computers and customer service? Do you have experience with posting and advertising on Facebook?
Then we’re looking for you to come join our team.
For our company, currently a team of 4 people, we’re looking for an enthusiastic team player to help us service our clients.

Your main activities will be:
- Ordering and extending existing supply/services for our clients,
- Preparing and connecting (digital) accounts through Facebook Business Manager,
- Help with customer service: answer incoming questions, complaints and orders.

You will be directly coached by one of our team members who is currently responsible for these activities.
We are a fast growing company with a lot of opportunities coming up in the next few months.
Our goal is to grow to a team of 10 with a strong client base.

We’re looking for someone who is available at flexible hours as the workload varies per day. Ideally also available to work on the weekends.
Experience with Facebook Business Manager is required. You need to have a good “feeling” for solving problems and learning new things.

Language: Fluent in English (writing)
Timezone: EU (or Philippines starting at 4pm until 23:00 or midnight)
