Full-Time WordPress Developer - Interviewing Today

Juris Group is seeking an experienced, full-time WordPress Developer with a minimum of five years of experience to join our team. We are looking for someone who can build WordPress websites from scratch, utilizing Advanced Custom Fields (ACF) and writing custom code to meet client needs.

The ideal candidate must have strong technical skills, especially with mobile-responsive designs, and should NOT USE page builders like Elementor, but we do use Gutenberg.

Our focus is on delivering fast, highly optimized, and fully customized websites.

You will primarily be Converting PSD, Figma or any design to wordpress themes WITHOUT Elementor or other Page Builders.

Responsibilities:

• Build WordPress websites from the ground up using custom code and ACF.
• Ensure all websites are mobile-responsive and optimized for speed and SEO.
• Implement custom WordPress functionality for various client needs.
• Maintain and update existing WordPress websites, including creating new landing pages and adding features as required.
• Collaborate with our SEO and content teams to ensure seamless integration of SEO plugins and best practices.
• Deliver projects on tight deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in WordPress development.
• Strong expertise in Advanced Custom Fields (ACF) and custom coding from scratch.
• Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, PHP, JavaScript, and jQuery.
• Strong understanding of SEO principles and experience working with SEO plugins.
• Experience building fast, mobile-responsive websites.
• Familiarity with version control systems (Git, Bitbucket) is a plus.
• Ability to work 40-50 hours per week and available to work on US hours in the Denver, Colorado time zone.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex WordPress issues.
