About the Role:
We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Virtual Assistant to join our team and play a crucial role in managing our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system and social media presence. This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive, detail-oriented professional with a strong background in CRM management, social media engagement, and automation tools such as HubSpot and Zapier. Experience in web design or development is also highly valued.
Key Responsibilities:
CRM Management: Oversee CRM tasks, ensure data integrity, automate workflows using Zapier, and optimize CRM tools for efficient customer interactions.
Social Media Management: Create and schedule content, engage with followers, address customer inquiries, and expand our social media presence across multiple platforms.
Content Creation: Assist in drafting and editing social media posts and other content that aligns with our brand voice and customer engagement strategies.
Web Design Support: Collaborate on web design projects, build SEO-friendly websites, create ad visuals, and ensure user-friendly, visually appealing layouts.
Data Analysis: Monitor and report on social media and CR
Ideal Candidate Qualifications:
Experience: At least 3 years as a Virtual Assistant, with proven expertise in CRM systems (preferably HubSpot) and social media management.
Automation Skills: Proficient in using Zapier for workflow automation and integration with various platforms.
Communication Skills: Taking calls is required. Candidate must have Exceptional English communication abilities, demonstrating attention to detail and professionalism in all written communications.
Tech Savvy: Familiarity with AI-driven tools and analytics platforms, along with strong problem-solving skills and adaptability.
Web Design: Basic knowledge of web design and building.
Proactive Mindset: A self-starter who can work independently, manage priorities effectively, and deliver results with minimal supervision.
