About Us:
Watertight Roofing is a GAF 3-star Master Elite Roofing contractor serving the greater Tampa Bay area and North Central Florida area. We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented General Virtual Assistant (GVA) to join our growing team. You will assist in various tasks, including answering calls, data entry into our CRM, managing production schedules, and possible social media assistance.
Job Responsibilities:
Answer incoming calls and assist customers with inquiries.
Data entry into our CRM (Job Progress/Leap) to create customer profiles, enter contact data, move projects through processes, and schedule jobs on our production calendar.
Assist in reconciling bank statements and tracking expenses (QuickBooks experience is nice to have but not required).
Provide possible assistance with social media content management.
Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth workflow and project completion.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a General Virtual Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
Familiarity with CRM software like Job Progress or Leap (preferred, but not required).
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and work independently with minimal supervision.
Reliable internet connection and a suitable remote working environment.
Experience with QuickBooks is a plus but not a strict requirement.
