Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and skilled B2B Caller to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, understanding their needs, and promoting our services to drive new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct outbound calls to generate leads and set appointments for the sales team.
- Build rapport with prospects and effectively communicate our value proposition.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow up with leads.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for targeting specific markets.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in a B2B sales or telemarketing role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
- Available to work EST hours
