We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team and handle guest inquiries for our Airbnb platform. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in managing Airbnb guest communications and resolving inquiries efficiently. You will play a key role in ensuring a smooth guest experience, from answering questions to resolving issues, all while maintaining a high response rate and guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries via Airbnb and other booking channels.
- Provide accurate information about listings, pricing, availability, and booking terms.
- Handle guest concerns or complaints professionally and effectively.
- Assist guests in modifying or canceling reservations, when necessary.
- Ensure all messages follow the Airbnb platform’s standards and policies.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues that require further assistance.
- Maintain and update guest communication templates.
- Monitor guest reviews and provide follow-up messages to enhance guest satisfaction.
- Manage and prioritize multiple conversations to maintain a high response rate.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience handling guest inquiries and managing bookings on Airbnb.
- Excellent written communication skills in English.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage guest concerns professionally.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Must be detail-oriented and organized.
- Experience using Airbnb and other property management platforms is required.
