JOB OVERVIEW

We’re a fast-paced Digital Marketing and Website Agency specializing in WordPress, Elementor, and marketing automation solutions. We’re looking for a **Business Admin / Pre-Sales Assistant** to support our daily operations, streamline our workflow, and free up time for core business tasks.

**Key Responsibilities:**

**Daily Tasks:**
- Assigning and tracking tasks through project management software (e.g., Asana).
- Attending and taking notes on Google Meet calls.
- Assisting with social media content creation, scheduling, and engagement (LinkedIn and Facebook focus).
- Calendar management and appointment setting.
- Assisting with **lead generation** through research and outreach.
- Monitoring progress and reviewing assigned tasks for accuracy.
- **Content creation** including blog posts, social media posts, and updates.
- Engaging with online communities to build relationships and promote brand visibility.
- Miscellaneous tasks like, SEO, Advertising, Marketing, Lead Generation, Affiliate / Referral Marketing, Reputation Management, Influencer Marketing, Analytics and Reporting, Social Media, Email Marketing, Canva, Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Slides, Zapier, LinkedIn,

**Weekly Tasks:**
- Attending weekly meetings to review progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Compiling reports on task completion and identifying workflow improvements.
- Collaborating on team initiatives to improve processes, tools, and client satisfaction.
- **Community engagement** and management, fostering relationships within business networks.
- **Partnership building** and outreach to potential collaborators.

**Skills We’re Looking For:**
- Proficient in **WordPress** (Elementor knowledge is a huge plus).
- Strong skills in **content creation**, including writing blog posts, social media content, and marketing materials.
- Experience with **social media management** tools and content scheduling platforms.
- Understanding of **project management software** like Asana.
- Familiar with tools like **Notion**, **Slack**, **Discord**, and **Moxie**.
- Experience with **lead generation**, **community engagement**, and **partnership building**.
- Strong **organizational and multitasking** skills.
- Comfortable using **Google Meet** for virtual meetings.

**Requirements:**
- We are based in **Central Time** and are open from **9am to 5pm**. We’re looking for someone who is flexible and open to working within those hours.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
- Basic understanding of **digital marketing**, content creation, and website development workflows.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative.
