Virtual Assistant/Inbound Sales Agent

We are a locksmith company in the UK. I am looking for a virtual assistant or an inbound sales agent with good English.

We provide locksmith services, carpet cleaning and CCTV installation in the UK.

We are looking for a part time role for now to add to our current team. Hours will be for 12 hours to 30 hours a week.
fixed (12 hours minimum): Saturday: 6 hours UK time and Monday: 6 hours UK time
Tuesday to Friday, optional (on call basis to work)

Your role will be answering inbound calls from customers that are in need of our services. During the call process, you need to make sure you give the correct quote to the customer and know how to negotiate to make sure you turn that customer/lead into a sale. Salary is $4/hr with potential bonuses/commissions.
