THE ROLE
We're seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our remote team, to design creative assets for our digital marketing and paid ads team. You must have experience in creating graphics and visual assets for paid marketing
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and create high-quality graphics: Develop visual concepts that align with our brand identity and target audience.
- Produce various ad assets, including static images and carousels, to enable the paid ads team to launch and test multiple creative campaigns
- Collaborate with the team: Work closely with marketing, sales, and other departments to ensure designs meet project objectives.
- Maintain brand consistency: Ensure that all visual elements adhere to our brand guidelines and style.
- Stay updated on design trends: Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices.
Ideal Skills + Experience:
- Proven experience: Minimum 2 years of experience as a graphic designer.
- Strong design skills: Proficiency in design software, e.g., Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Figma experience would be great but not compulsory.
- Ability to work UK hours
- Attention to detail: Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.
- Remote work experience: Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
- Able to handle numerous briefs and requests, all with varying degrees of priority and deadline constraints; able to multitask. - - - Giving realistic timelines for the completion of work.
- Maintain high levels of design and creative consistency throughout all project work.
