Position Overview:
We’re looking for a motivated Sales Cold Caller to introduce pharmacies to InStockRx, a Transparent Pharmacy-to-Pharmacy Marketplace! This is an easy sell—we offer pharmacies a free platform, $50 credit just for signing up, and reduced transaction fees for any transactions inside their private marketplace group. Your role will be to connect with potential customers, explain these exciting benefits, and schedule follow-ups or demos.

Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound cold calls to pharmacies, introducing the free InStockRx platform.
Present the benefits of our free Inventory Management System, Marketplace, and private groups.
Explain the $50 sign-up credit and discounted transaction fees inside private groups to engage interest.
Schedule follow-up meetings or demos with pharmacy owners and decision-makers.
Maintain call records and interactions through CRM tools.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to refine outreach strategies.

Qualifications:
Cold calling or telemarketing experience (SaaS or healthcare industry experience preferred).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills in English.
Ability to build rapport quickly and handle objections with confidence.
Self-motivated with a desire to meet and exceed targets.
Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Close.com, HubSpot, Salesforce) is a plus.
Remote work experience and ability to manage time independently.
