Working Hours: Flexible, with main hours between 5:00 PM – 9:00 PM UK Time (BST/GMT)

Position Overview:
We are looking for a results-driven Sales Representative to join our team and drive the sales of our high-ticket coaching programs. The ideal candidate will have prior experience selling high-ticket items, a passion for providing meaningful support to clients, and an ability to build relationships with potential customers. This role is ideal for someone who is motivated, proactive, and comfortable working in a high-energy environment. You will be responsible for both inbound and outbound sales efforts, as well as nurturing prospects through the sales funnel.
Leads are provided and we need a driven individual to set appointments and close!
Key Qualifications:
? Experience:
• Proven experience in sales, particularly in selling high-ticket items (e.g., coaching, education, consulting services).
• Demonstrated success in outbound sales, relationship management, and closing high-value deals.
? Skills:
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (little to no accent), with the ability to explain complex concepts in a simple and clear manner.
• Excellent on the phone and video conferencing.
• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly and establish trust.
• Results-driven mindset, with a passion for achieving sales targets and contributing to the growth of the business.
• Ability to manage multiple leads simultaneously, and prioritize effectively.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and tracking systems (e.g., ActiveCampaign, Asana) for managing sales pipelines.
• Experience using ChatGPT or similar tools.
? Personal Attributes:
• Self-starter who is proactive in identifying and following up on sales opportunities.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment, managing your own schedule while meeting sales goals.
• High level of integrity and empathy, understanding the personal nature of clients mission to support parents and families.
Key Responsibilities:
? Lead Conversion & Relationship Building:
• Engage with leads generated through marketing efforts (social media,
• Conduct sales calls with potential clients to understand their needs and present our coaching programs as solutions.
• Build strong, long-lasting relationships with prospects, ensuring a customer-focused approach to sales.
? Sales Process Management:
• Manage and maintain the sales pipeline, ensuring that all leads are appropriately followed up on and progress through the funnel.
• Set and achieve sales targets by closing deals through clear, value-driven communication.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure smooth transitions between lead generation and sales conversions.
? Follow-up and Client Nurturing:
• Reach out to leads who have shown interest (e.g., through commenting on social media, signing up for webinars) but have not yet converted.
• Follow up with clients in the sales funnel to ensure their needs are met, and no opportunities are missed.
• Provide ongoing communication with clients on payment plans, next steps, and program onboarding.
? Reporting & Optimization:
• Track and report on key sales metrics, including conversion rates and sales performance.
• Provide feedback on the effectiveness of the sales process and suggest improvements to increase efficiency and conversions.
Work Schedule:
This is a full-time role with flexible working hours, understanding typical sales calls are booked between 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM UK time (BST/GMT). Client sells to individuals across US, so will need to be flexible in order to accommodate client needs across different time zones.
Compensation:
Base Salary: $
Commission: $50 USD based upon full price close. On target closes of 15 sales per month
On Target Earnings: $1,450-1,650 if minimum sales targets are met
