Hi there!
We are seeking an Executive Assistant to support our leadership team and help streamline operations.
This role involves managing schedules,
Responsibilities:
-Organize and document ideas into clear, structured processes.
-Manage schedules,
-Act as the main communication link between leadership and the team.
-Assist with hiring, including pre-screening and initial interviews.
-Handle invoicing, bookkeeping, and tech tasks using tools like Excel and CRM platforms.
-Ensure timely responses to tasks and
-Support team growth by onboarding new staff and managing data in Airtable or similar tools.
-Set up and manage workflows in project management tools like
Skills:
-Strong organizational skills
-Excellent communication skills
-Independent task management in a fast-paced environment
-Proactive attitude & problem-solving skills

-Attention to details
Bonus Skills:
-Experience with Airtable, CRM systems, and project management software.
-Proven ability to manage tech/admin tasks like invoicing and bookkeeping.
