Property Accountant

We are a Sydney, Australia-based Property Management company looking for a full-time, home based Property Accountant with our accounting operations. You will be working alongside our Finance Managers and Senior Property Accountant and our Directors.

Your daily responsibilities would include:
- Daily maintenance of our Cash Flow Reporting
- Arrears Reportings
- Vacancies Reporting
- Reconciliations
- You will be texting (with our Australian mobile) tenants to chase arrears
- Respond to tenant accounting/ledger enquiries by email, text message
- other admin assistance

Skills/Experience:
- accounting
- Bachelors level accounting degree
- CPA preferred but not necessary

Work schedule (This is a full-time position)

Salary:
Negotiable 30,000 - 45,000
