We are seeking a talented and experienced Video Editor with a solid background in the Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) / Ecommerce space. This is a long-term position for someone passionate about creating high-quality, engaging content that drives conversions and tells compelling brand stories.
Responsibilities:
Edit and produce high-quality video content tailored for DTC and Ecommerce brands (ads, product videos, social media clips, etc.).
Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to ensure videos align with brand goals and messaging.
Optimize video content for multiple platforms, including
Add text, motion graphics, and other effects to enhance viewer engagement.
Maintain a consistent style and quality in line with the brand’s identity.
Keep up-to-date with trends and innovations in ecommerce and video editing.
Requirements:
Proven experience in video editing, particularly in the DTC/Ecommerce space.
Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, Cap Cut).
Strong portfolio demonstrating work on DTC/Ecommerce ads or product videos.
Ability to work on tight deadlines while maintaining quality.
Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail.
Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with a remote team.
Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects at once.
Nice-to-Have:
Knowledge of animation and motion graphics.
Experience with social media marketing strategies.
Basic understanding of conversion rate optimization (CRO) for video content.
