Your Role and Responsibilities:

• Lead Analysis: Carefully evaluate leads from various sources to determine their potential.
• Communication: Utilize a range of communication strategies to effectively engage leads and convert them into scheduled appointments.
• Record Keeping: Keep accurate records of lead progression to ensure transparency and efficiency.
• Project Participation: Contribute to special projects as assigned by our leadership team, playing a key role in our collective success.

What We’re Looking For:

• Language Proficiency: Exceptional command of English is required, with Spanish proficiency being a significant advantage.
• Experience: A minimum of 2 years of appointment setting experience is essential. Please note that candidates without relevant experience will not be considered.
• Skills and Attributes: We highly value strong problem-solving abilities, flexibility, reliability, integrity, professionalism, clear decision-making skills, persistence, and efficient time management.
