looking for an experienced UI/UX Designer to join our team and take charge of creating
wireframes with detailed annotations, user interaction logic, and flow diagrams to streamline our
development process.
Job Overview:
As a UI/UX Designer, you will play a pivotal role in setting the foundation for our website
development. Your primary responsibility will be to create wireframes, prototypes, and user
flows with clear annotations that will guide our developers and stakeholders. Your work will
focus on simplifying complex user journeys, ensuring a seamless and intuitive user experience,
and providing detailed documentation that helps prevent miscommunication during
development.
Key Responsibilities:
? Create Wireframes with Annotations: Develop wireframes for key pages (e.g., Home,
Renters, Landlords, Products, Payments, FAQs) with detailed annotations to clarify
implementation requirements (e.g., button functionality, form validation, navigation links,
and plugin usage).
? User Interaction Logic: Design and document how users will interact with various
website features, focusing on clear user journeys for tenants, landlords, and admins.
? Flow Diagrams for Key Processes: Produce flow diagrams outlining critical processes
(e.g., rent reporting, payment gateways, onboarding forms) to provide a clear path for
developers to follow during implementation.
? Prototypes and Mockups: Develop clickable prototypes and high-fidelity mockups
using tools like Figma or Adobe XD to visually communicate your design ideas to
stakeholders.
? User Flows and Journey Mapping: Map out user journeys, ensuring that key features
like rent reporting, document uploads, and payments are easy to navigate.
? Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with developers, project managers, and
non-technical stakeholders to ensure designs are fully aligned with business goals and
technical requirements.
? Documentation for Scalability: Provide well-documented user flows, wireframes, and
logic diagrams that can serve as a foundation for future updates, new features, and
onboarding of additional teaUpgrade to see actual infombers.
Qualifications:
? Proven Experience (3+ years) in UI/UX design, focusing on wireframes, user
interaction logic, and flow diagrams.
? Expert in Wireframing Tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar platforms.
? Strong Documentation Skills: Ability to create detailed annotations and user
interaction logic that aligns with development needs and business goals.
? Knowledge of User-Centered Design: Expertise in designing intuitive user interfaces
and seamless user journeys for web applications.
? Experience Creating Flow Diagrams for complex processes, including multi-step
forms, payment processing, and user role management.
? Familiarity with Responsive Design principles to ensure consistency across desktop,
tablet, and mobile views.
? Strong Communication Skills: Ability to clearly convey design intentions to both
technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Bonus Skills:
? Experience working on SaaS or fintech platforms.
? Knowledge of HTML/CSS/JavaScript (for understanding developer constraints).
? Familiarity with rent payment or financial technology systems.
