Marketing Manager
As the Marketing Manager at Turnkey, you will help position the company as a top choice for unique and locally integrated mid-term rental experiences. This role is ideal for a creative and strategic thinker with expertise in developing and executing marketing strategies, particularly in the rental or hospitality sector.
We are seeking an expert in B2B marketing and lead generation with a proven track record of building brand awareness and driving business growth. You will lead initiatives to enhance our brand presence, engage potential guests and property owners, and deliver effective marketing campaigns to support Turnkey's growth.
What You’ll Do:
Strategic Marketing Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies tailored to the mid-term rental industry, focusing on digital, social media, content, and direct marketing campaigns.
Brand Management: Ensure consistent branding across all marketing channels. Build brand strategies that boost recognition and trust, particularly among rental guests and property owners.
Digital Marketing: Oversee the company’s digital presence, including website management, social media platforms, and digital advertising. Leverage SEO and other digital tools to enhance visibility and generate leads in the rental market.
Content Creation: Lead the creation of engaging content such as blogs, press releases, and promotional materials that speak to potential guests and property investors.
Campaign Management: Design and implement creative marketing campaigns that highlight our unique rental offerings. Monitor and analyze campaign performance to refine and optimize future efforts.
Market Research: Conduct ongoing market research to understand trends in the rental and hospitality industries. Use these insights to target marketing efforts more effectively.
Team Leadership and Collaboration: Lead a team of marketing professionals and work closely with sales, operations, and customer service teams to ensure cohesive messaging throughout the customer journey.
Budget Management: Manage the marketing budget, ensuring resources are allocated effectively to maximize impact and return on investment.
What You’ll Need:
Experience:
Minimum of 3 years in marketing, with at least 1 year in a managerial role, preferably in the mid-term rental, hospitality, or real estate sectors.
Experience in B2B marketing and lead generation is a plus.
Skills:
Strong understanding of both traditional and digital marketing tools relevant to the rental industry.
Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
Proven ability to develop and present marketing strategies to executive teams.
Experience with CRM software, Google Analytics, and other marketing platforms.
