Job Title: Revit/Drafter - Medical Equipment Planning
Location: Remote
Job Type: Full-Time
Work Hours: 8 am to 4 pm Central Time (9 pm to 5 am Philippine Time)
Salary: $650-$700 + shift differential
Hours Per Week: 40

We are seeking a skilled Revit/Drafter to join our dynamic team and contribute to the development of state-of-the-art medical facilities.


Job Summary: The Revit/Drafter will be responsible for creating detailed drawings and plans for medical equipment layouts using Revit software. This role requires close collaboration with architects, engineers, and healthcare professionals to ensure the efficient and effective placement of medical equipment in various healthcare settings.


Key Responsibilities:
- Develop detailed Revit models and drawings for medical equipment planning projects.
- Collaborate with project teams to understand requirements and specifications.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and healthcare professionals to integrate medical equipment into facility designs.
- Review and update drawings based on feedback and project changes.
- Maintain accurate records of all drawings and revisions.
- Assist in the preparation of project documentation and reports.


Qualifications:
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Drafting, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Autodesk Revit BIM software and AutoCAD.
- Experience in medical equipment planning or healthcare facility design is preferred.
- Knowledge of the Attainia database is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of architectural and engineering principles.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- 3-5 years of experience.
