Cold Calling (Real Estate Acquisitions)

Job Description: We are looking for a confident Cold Caller to join our real estate wholesaling team. No prior real estate experience is necessary, but you must be comfortable on the phone and able to build rapport with potential clients while following our scripts.

Requirements:

Strong English communication skills
Ability to build rapport with potential clients
Comfortable making outbound calls and speaking on the phone
Willingness to follow and stick to provided scripts
Ability to book appointments and manage calendars
Experience with entering data into CRM systems
Previous experience in cold calling or phone-based roles is a plus, but not required

Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential leads
Follow scripts to qualify leads and gather information
Book appointments for the team
Enter data into our CRM system
Maintain detailed call records
