Are you highly organized, driven, and ready to take the reins on impactful outbound campaigns? Do you thrive in dynamic environments where your efforts turn prospects into clients? We’re seeking a rockstar **Outreach Specialist** to join our team and lead high-energy outreach efforts for our clients using **Instantly**, **LinkedIn**, and more!

**What You'll Do:**

- **Launch Cleverly campaigns** and respond to warm leads within 60 minutes, seamlessly transitioning conversations to email or booking meetings.
- **Create & Refine Linkedin Sales Nav Lists* Create lists on linkedin sales navigator tailored to each startup or VC firm I support.
- **Manage Instantly campaigns** and ensure all leads are responded to within 2 hours, while categorizing and optimizing engagement.
- **Send 30+ outreach messages daily** per account, follow up with leads, and ensure 100% follow-through within 3 business days.
- **Keep fundraising playbooks updated** 3x daily, ensuring every client interaction and status is documented and tracked.
- **Deliver daily progress reports** by 3 PM, keeping the team informed with clear, actionable insights.

**What You Bring:**

- Experience with **Instantly** or **LinkedIn outbound marketing**.
- You’re **HIGHLY organized** and excel at managing multiple accounts.
- Proven success in **outbound marketing** and **email outreach**.
- Bonus points if you have experience in **B2B** or **Venture Capital**!
