Ember Coffee Company, an award-winning specialty coffee shop and roaster in Big Lake, MN, is seeking a brilliant and proactive Sales Operations Specialist. This role is pivotal in driving our sales growth and brand success. We’re looking for someone with exceptional problem-solving skills and an independent mindset to thrive with minimal supervision.
Starting Pay:
Training Pay: 60% of negotiated rate (during a 5-day trial period)
Full-time Pay: Starting at $150/month (with structured raises after 30 and 90 days)
Core Responsibilities:
CRM Management: Maintain and update Pipedrive CRM records to ensure accurate lead categorization and contact information. Proactively identify leads for follow-up.
Outbound Sales Outreach: Conduct outbound sales via
Inbound Call Handling: Receive and manage inbound phone calls, providing exceptional customer service and addressing inquiries effectively.
Sales
Research & SOP Development: Conduct thorough research on industry trends and document workflows through SOPs.
Key Requirements:
Proficient in Pipedrive CRM or similar tools with strong data management skills.
Excellent written communication skills for crafting professional sales
Highly independent and self-motivated, able to troubleshoot effectively.
