Graphic Design for Ecommerce storefronts

We are a SaaS online store platform serving companies with their branded merchandise for their employees and clients. We are interested in a talented individual to create banners that are aligned with the company's brand. Anyone interested will need to provide an example of 2 banners created for the following companies: https://www.carnegielearning.com/ and https://www.ymca.org/ [YMCA has chapters around the USA so please consider a general banner for the org and then https://myy.org/location/blue-ash-ymca/ for a location of theirs. Imagine we had stores for each branch of the YMCA using the link for Blue Ash as an example.

This exercise will show us who has the ability to create something amazing, but also consider time investment. We would have you working on a variety of stores and we also need to keep the time at a reasonable amount. Using AI may be a good option, as long as the images do not look like they were created by AI!
