Social Media Content Producer (Full Time, PH MNL Time, Singapore Company)

UpSell is a cutting-edge social media marketing agency that empowers interior designers to elevate their businesses through innovative ad campaigns. We are looking for a creative social media content producer/planner to work with our clients to spot trends, develop creative ideas, and plan for them to be executed by graphic designers and video editors in our company!

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Content Creation (Video & Graphics): PLAN and STORYBOARD eye-catching video and graphic content tailored for social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok) and paid ads.
- Creative Proposals: Present your ideas through storyboards, visual concepts, and scripts that align with client goals
- Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with media buyers, graphic designers, and video editors to execute your creative vision.
- Client Communication: Present creative concepts and incorporate feedback to ensure final deliverables meet client expectations.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Proven experience as a Content Creator or similar role with a strong portfolio of video and graphic content, especially for social media and paid ads.
- Deep knowledge of social media trends and what works best for video and graphic content on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
- Creative vision: Ability to translate abstract ideas into engaging, high-quality content.
- Proficiency in tools like Canva just to plan (no need to create since we have graphic designers and video editors) our social media content
- Excellent communication skills and ability to present and explain creative ideas to clients.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to juggle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
