We are looking for a dedicated and empathetic Care Liaison assistant to join our team. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring our clients have a positive experience. You will be responsible for Case or Care Management, Match Making Care Providers with Care Recipients, Overseeing the execution of the plan of care. This position is a career position, a position of support that uses the power of relationships to improve the Care Recipients quality of life. You will work with your caseload of Ate's and Pasyente's,



Requirements:

BPO experience.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to connect empathetically with elderly clients and caregivers.
Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
Compassionate and patient demeanor, with a genuine desire to help others.
