Job Purpose:
The Accountant Virtual Assistant's primary responsibilities are to record company daily patient services and product sales from patient management software to QuickBooks, perform month-end, quarter-end and year-end closing procedures, maintain daily and weekly stats, perform qualify control and various admin tasks to support other team members who serve our patients in person, via phone or Zoom, as well as supporting the COO/CFO by preparing and providing various reports as requested. The ideal candidate should be able to follow instructions, is detail oriented, be able to work in a fast-paced environment and produce high quality work with speed, accuracy and care, and have excellent skills with EXCEL. The ideal candidate should love to think, analyze and are also hands-on. The candidate must be able to use all company software and accounting software (Desktop QuickBooks). The result of your work should provide accurate financial information and records for our patients and our company, enable the in-house team to focus 100% of their attention on servicing the clinic’s patients and providing a 5-star experience. Job Responsibilities:
• Enter daily patient charges into QuickBooks and record daily deposits accordingly
• Track accounts receivable and follow up to collect payments
• Reconcile insurance payments, including post the Explanation of Benefits (EOB), and coordinate with the insurance team for insurance receivable collections
• Update Daily stats and provide information to our team
• Perform various accounting/stats related admin tasks to support other team members
• Answer financial related questions from patients via email and provide patient ledger details, receipts, Care Plan and other documents to patients as requested
• Provide excellent service to our patients and apply effective troubleshooting techniques under pressure
• Ensuring patients have a VIP experience in our clinic
• The ability to learn and administer our products quickly and effectively resulting in being able to teach it to our patients
• Identify ways and make suggestions to improve our current process
• Enter vendor bills into QuickBooks and be able to identify abnormal transactions and report to the CFO timely
• Analyze our stats to provide summary including what's working, what's not working and the solutions
• Ability to analyze financial statements and ratios to offer recommendations to the CFO
• Other quality control tasks and admin tasks to ensure accounting accuracy and support team members

• At least one Power Station Backup

• Intel Core i3 or higher Operating System with at least 8gb RAM
• Excellent quality headset with microphone, and a working webcam
• A quiet and private area suitable for work without distraction and background noise

Full-time U.S. Central Standard Time (Graveyard Shifts in Philippines)
