JOB OVERVIEW

Talent acquisition within chemicals sector, this role is responsible for finding and hiring top talent includes searching online, creating relevant job adverts and then following our interview process to present high calibre candidates for various roles within an adhesive business based in the UK. Must have excellent speaking and written English and familiar with recruiting through the normal channels in the UK, including job boards, LinkedIn etc.

Your job will be to search for and screen candidates, and do a recorded teams interview and carry out a competency based interview and then putting forward candidates that have passed the screening process.
