Xactimate Estimator

Hello! My name is Jake Shafer, and I run a successful business called Peak Performance Adjusting LLC, where we help independent adjusters fast-track their success in the insurance industry. I’ve personally scaled my business to 6 figures in just 4 months, and I’m looking for a highly skilled individual to join me in this journey.

We’re currently looking for an experienced Xactimate Estimator who can write estimates, general loss reports, and assist with revisions from file reviewers. The right person for this role will play a key part in ensuring our claims are processed with speed, accuracy, and attention to detail.

In addition to strong skills in Xactimate, we’re looking for someone with the following abilities:

Fluent in the English language with excellent communication and writing skills
Experience working in the insurance adjusting field, with knowledge of estimates and general loss reports
Ability to manage revisions and work closely with file reviewers to ensure claim accuracy and timeliness
A strong work ethic, dedication, and willingness to grow with the company
This position is designed for long-term success and growth. You’ll need to take all of my strategies, processes, and attention to detail and essentially become my “clone” when writing estimates and reports. I’m looking to build a lasting relationship with someone who wants to help me take Peak Performance Adjusting to the next level.
