We're looking for a front-end developer who not only loves building and optimizing beautiful websites but also takes pride in delivering quality work. This is a full-time, remote position with an expected work schedule of 8 hours a day, 5 days a week. The role requires working night shifts (8 PM - 5 AM PH Time) to align with our US-based clients.

Responsibilities
Developing Responsive Websites: Use HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to create responsive, visually appealing websites that are compatible across devices and browsers.
SEO and Performance Optimization: Implement on-page SEO best practices and optimize site performance through techniques like image compression, code minification, and lazy loading.
Ensuring Accessibility Compliance: Adhere to WCAG standards to create accessible websites for all users, including those with disabilities.
Analytics and Tracking: Set up and manage Google Analytics and Google Search Console for clients to monitor site performance and user engagement.
Post-Launch Support: Provide ongoing maintenance and support, addressing bugs, layout updates, and feature requests promptly.
Collaborating with Design and Content Teams: Work closely with designers and content creators to ensure websites reflect brand aesthetics and align with content strategies.
Project Management and Workflow Integration: Use Zoho to manage tasks, track progress, and ensure projects are delivered on time and to the highest standards.
Client Advisory: Act as a trusted advisor, providing clients with recommendations on SEO, user experience, and technical enhancements to meet their business goals.

Experience
3+ years of front-end web development experience with a strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Proficiency with WordPress and Elementor, with experience customizing themes and managing content.
Knowledge of SEO best practices and structured data for improved search visibility.
Demonstrated ability to optimize web performance using techniques like code minification, image compression, and lazy loading.
Familiarity with WCAG accessibility standards and a commitment to creating user-friendly websites.
Experience with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and tools like Figma and Visual Studio Code.
Ability to use version control systems (Git) to manage code changes and collaborate effectively.
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills with a keen eye for detail.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts in layman's terms.
A proactive, client-centric mindset with a genuine interest in continuous learning and improvement.
