We are looking for a proactive and highly organized Executive Assistant with strong experience in Shopify store management, website maintenance, social media management, and customer service. This role involves providing day-to-day support while driving marketing and customer engagement efforts to help grow our business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Shopify Store & Website Maintenance: Manage online store, update product listings, and ensure the website is optimized and up-to-date.
- Social Media & Marketing: Create and schedule posts, assist in marketing planning, and manage Google My Business and other social pages.
- Customer Service: Handle phone calls and texts, upsell services, fill white space in the schedule, and reach out to former customers to re-engage them.
- Client Relationship Management: Book appointments, recruit guests, and follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in Shopify store management and website maintenance.
- Proficiency in social media management and marketing planning.
- Strong communication and organizational skills, with customer service experience in upselling and rebooking clients.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and meet deadlines.
