- Why am I such a cranky old bugger in such a bad mood? It’s because whenever I list a job on OJP I waste so much time sifting through all of the spam applications, along with the many applicants who are indeed qualified (hooray!) but also unable to follow instructions (boo!). But now I’m older and wiser, and have learned how not to waste my time. And I do so by having applicants fill out the Google form and only contacting the ones who do it properly. Which makes me less of a grumpy sour-puss.

Since 2018 we have run a successful online brand selling physical products on Upgrade to see actual info in the Tools & Home Improvement and Arts & Crafts categories. This fall we are launching our second brand (Patio & Garden) and we are gearing up to launch a third brand (pets) in spring-2025. What is lacking is a cohesive off-Amazon marketing effort that bridges all of the social media platforms to drive brand awareness and most importantly increased sales both on and off-Amazon.

We are looking for an Influencer Marketing Coordinator to manage influencer & affiliate collaborations across platforms like TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube. You will be directly responsible for building & maintaining our network of 3rd party content creators

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage a very high volume of independent content creators across multiple platforms
- Negotiate collaboration terms
- Set up & manage affiliate compensation programs
- Maintain active & timely communication with all content partners
- Communicate our creative vision to direct-pay content creators & oversee direct-pay content creation
- Ensure consistent brand messaging
- Track & report on content engagement

Qualifications:
- Fluent in English, both verbal & written
- 2+ years of related experience
- Detail oriented
- Good memory
- Highly responsive & available
- High capacity for work & able to work North American hours
