Curriculum Developer

We are seeking an experienced and creative Curriculum Developer to design comprehensive and adaptable educational content. The ideal candidate will align lesson plans with learning objectives and standards, incorporating diverse teaching methods to cater to a wide range of learners. This role also involves collaborating with subject matter experts to create engaging materials and training programs that meet the needs of various educational settings, and with parents, students, teachers and other stakeholders to integrate feedback and continuously improve curriculum quality.


Responsibilities:
Develop and design curricula for various educational levels, ensuring alignment with educational standards and learning outcomes
Create lesson plans, rubrics, and assessment tools that accommodate diverse student needs.
Implement innovative teaching methods, including the use of digital tools and multimedia resources.
Work collaboratively with other educators to ensure the curriculum meets all students' learning and developmental requirements.
Support educational staff with training on the developed curriculum and teaching strategies.


Requirements and Skills:
Bachelor's degree holders in Education or a related field.
A minimum of 2 years of online and/or in-person teaching experience.
Proficiency in remote teaching methods and technology.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a knack for clear, effective instructional writing
Curriculum design experience in a variety of educational settings
Strong understanding of curriculum standards and teaching methodologies
Must have a consistent internet speed of at least 25MBPS to ensure smooth remote communication and workflow. A backup internet connection is also required in case of outages
Must have access to a reliable, up-to-date computer with sufficient processing power and memory (e.g., Ryzen 5, i5)
